The Golden PSP one was pretty damn good. The Cartoon Wars two parter was also decent.

I personally like "Hooked On Monkey Phonics" but that's just me.
Every episode I've seen has been good, and caused me to laugh.

The one where the boys get Japanese weapons is pretty cool
And the song in Japanese they included "Let's Fighting Love" was awesome.
