    Default PSP: All topmenu icons replacable

    I found this video while looking around on youtube. not sure what program he used but i downloaded the download off his site but i was not sure how to use it as his site is in a different language. If anyone can translate that would be much apreciated.

    cheers for the translation. now i just have to figure out how to do it coz im not that great with hex editors lol

    EDIT: tried but failed. i hope someone makes a GUI for this
