Default Problem with browser text in 3.10 OE-A'

I was having this problem before in 3.03 OE-C with the browser...

the system text, you know when you push triangle to bring up settings, bookmarks, home, etc... the top half of the font is just cut off

i can tell what the words are but its just kind of annoying

    anyone else had this problem?

i dont really think i explained it very thoroughly but any thoughts on the matter would be much appreciated

    thanks
