when? when you join a game or when you try to view the eula? if its when your joining a game try a different game. if its by the eula, you need to stop any downloads, etc on your internet connection to free up speed.

Nah, it's joining games, I tried two of them, several times.

how do i change my cpu speed? i go into recovery and go to change cpu speed and it says no yet in there...no option to change...how do i change it?

You need to upgrade to 3.03oe-a, b or c
to have the cpu speed option you do it from 1.50
