    Default Psp Homebrew Oe 3.1 A' Help

    I asked this question earlier, but it wasnt answered.

    Whenever I run homebrew on my 3.1 OE A' PSP, it always changes the brightness level to the next one (2 to 3, 3 to 1 etc) while it loads at the PSP Screen.

    I have no plugins at all.

    Is this normal?

    If not, how do I fix this?

    im pretty sure they mean 3.10OEA' so upgrading to a lower custom firmware wouldnt be possible lol

    Sometimes when I load a game the screen brightness level changes, not that it bothers me though.
