    Default Custom XMB sounds?

I have heard many different custom XMB sounds (like the 1.00 bogus, the built-in ones in X-Flash), but I don't know any programs that let you choose your own, and if X-Flash does happen to have the feature, I don't know how. Can someone help plz? (I want to make an XMB sound pack based off of the old Tenchi browser sounds!)
