FF7 game saving and changing disks

I need to switch disks on ff7 for my psp, i have sucsessfully done it on my PSP but it wont work on my younger brothers, and he poured his heart and soul into the game, is there any way to find the SCES-5869 type name of the game? and if you reconvert the iso, disk 2, does it matter if you re name the game to somthing different,m i had no problems when i did my disk switch, but try explaining to a thirteen year old that my disk works but his doesnt and you dont know why.

just use the latest PSX2PSP and change the name to the exact same as disk 1 and it should work!

Ya but i dont know the name of the disk. EDIT: i changed the disk code to the exact same one as on the oly game save folder in the PSP game saves, but i cant remember the name that i set to have displayed in the XMB, does that matter ?
