Napalm, i'm stuck on 13 too. I'm too lazy. You are suppose to find the winner of Romance of Three Kingdoms. I have searched, but it just takes too long. Can someone post a link or something to the answer, but hide it so people don't see it directly? that would help me a lot

I swear i get stuck on every other level. I'm stuck on 15. I looked at many hints.
The numbers don't really matter math wise. The first line helps the answer to the second line. Look at 6 as a digital image.
I need one more hint that will sum this all up.
