Woo hoo! Im a black belt!
I had a course this weekend at Karate and I graded under my clubs chief instructor for my first Dan black belt.
Ive been doing it for ten years.
Guys, wow, Im sooooo happy, Im gonna go out and celebrate tonight. (insert ecstatic emoticon here)

lol, my mom got her black belt last year.. i think it was in july
btw, she does shotokan, but she wants to train to do wu shu (i think thats how you spell it...its the same style that Jet-Li does)

Yeah second dan next. I do wato-ryu. It has a number of similarities to shotokan.
@mesosade: keep on persevering you'll get there eventuallay. My dad gave me 200 quid for it. When I was much younger and I wanted to leave he said he'd give me 200 quid when I get my black belt. He kept his word! Score!

even if you are a black belt can you stand up to my spudgun.
lol. i wouldnt use that thing to attack anyone. it would take too long to load the ammo and add fuel. and its really big.
