Custom pics and icons for movie files

After ripping some of my fave dvd's (which I own btw) I was just wondering is there a way of using custom icons and pics so that when I go to movies in the xmb I can see a pic and icon of the movie on the mem stick like we do with pops for ps1 or are there any programs that will let me do this.

Yea, when you have any movie file in ur MP_ROOT or, whereeva it is now you shud have a .mp4 file or whateva u r watching and a THM file, the THM file is the image, open that up in any paint program, (i use Paint), change it to what you want and re-save it.
