Place this EBOOT update in x:PSP/GAME/UPDATE: http://www.psp-hacks.com/download.php?id=4
Boot up in recovery mode (hold R trigger at start up) and run the EBOOT.

you just need to do the same update you did for 3.10oe-a except put the update in the game150 folder

nv done back on 3.03 oc I know they have this plugin so it lets me use the features of popstaion if i have 3.11 or 10 someone help me with this
