just do the installation of 3.03 OE C is goes directly from 3.10 OE A that's what I did....
also when customizing opening_plugin.rco or the custom wave be careful cause sometimes the gameboot.pmf wont play only the sound does the video will be completely gone. (FYI: gameboot.pmf or any pmf are composed of two things the video and the sound)

If your gonna install 3.03OE-C whitch i suggest you do!!! get the Winstaller... Google it
