Download this, put it were it says.

Then get the 1.50 firmware file, call it UPDATE.PBP.]

Put it in the recover folder.

    ---

Go into recovery mode, and run it.

    "Run program as /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP"
    PSN (PS3/PS4/Vita)/NintendoID - Triv1umx
    Steam - Rjinswand
    Runescape - Rjinswand

That revovery will work but be careful and make sure you put it on right as still there is a possibility that you can still get a full brick from this. By the way what did you do to it to brick it

I was using Flash Agent 4 to get the custom xmb, i know it said you couldn't with 3.10 OE but there were a buch of people who had it who said it worked, and i flashed a few files, when i went back to the xmb it went black. Ok, i got the file but it says to put it in game, and what do i do to access it? when i did toggle usb i get dic, gps, net, ect... lol, nevermind i did the wrong toggle usb!

Certain files do but some don't its dangerous in trying and there's a high risk of brickage with it which is what you've encountered you shouldn't of attempted this at all and that's why its says its not for 3.10 OE yet. Next time you won't take the risk!!
