I did'n "flashed" the stuff I.....sort of........."bitorrented" the whole pack .

yea but dont use a custom topmenu plugin
that would not turn out good.
i had 3.10 oe a' but went back to 3.03 oe c
i just ran the updater like i was updateing from 1.50and it let me go back

What!!!!???? I've been changing the font of my psp for over a week, the waves I use work , along with the gameboots and the bootsounds.......

well, okay, the bootsounds work, but if I use them the PSX games don't boot, i'm still trying to figure it out, but everything else works fine (right now I have an awesome FMA gameboot ), so what's up?

EDIT - forgot to say, I have 3.10 OE'

I had the SAME problem ... No more PS1 games working ... I did some reading and found out that if you change from the DEFAULT Bootsounds then PS1 GAMES no longer work .. so just putback your DEFAULT Bootsounds and all should be good again.

Note - Even if you disable the Sony BootScreen and boot right into your XMB the PS1 games still wont load unless you have the Original Bootsounds flashed.

I know. I just can't understand why. I haven't tried this pck, but I can say from here that everything (except for the bootsounds and the icons ) will work in 3.10 OE'.
