Default Help finishing my custom Xmb Wave

it's hella cool and took a long time to make.

i have finished making the initial design but the problem is that i don't have photoshop, and no i will not pirate it.

here is my pic (I converted it to jpeg for photobucket)

if you can finish it, or if you can find a way for me to do so then i would be very greatful.

here is the attatched psd if you want to help.

Ms paint can't exatly merge two layers.

    So i can't finish it.

So i would be greatful if someone could show me a free program that can do it or if they want they can do it for me, and re-upload or something.

You didn't get the point... The point was he needed graphics altering, not it made into a wave.

A free program that can do it is GIMP, found here http://www.gimp.org/windows/

It is a bit of a learning curve, but it is fully capable.
