How Do u downgrade Version 2.82 to version 1.5

You cannot downgrade 2.82, but you can downgrade 3.03 to 1.50.

You need to get the downgrader found on this site's main page.
Read the readme file from the downloaded file and follow the instructions. You will need the unpatched GTA liberty city stories though (with the 2.00 update).

samJRulz, you can find the downgrader 3.03 right here. You can also get the official 3.03 updater which you need to update to first for the downgrader to run here too.
