How to returning a PSP?.
Hi,
I brought a JAP PSP 1000K value pack with ridge racer form Ebay a few months ago, the Ebayer is in the UK the same as me.
Dead picels keep appearing (about 12 so far) and the UMD door is becoming more and more twissed, but the real problem is that it switched it's self off and won't turn back on even with the charger in and full battery.
How do I go about returning this PSP?.

Took the battery, memory card out, cleaned the connectors and blow into the UMD area a few times. Put it all back together and plug the charger in again and it powered up.
