how to resize bit map pics
i was wondering if there is a program that will resize bit map pics i am trying to make my own 01-12.bmp and some of the pics are to big i need them to be 60x34 and a few of the ones i have are 250x142 can some one please give me a link to a program that will resize the pic for me
