C++ on PSP?
can you use C++ to create an app and then port it to the PSP?

yes there is a compiler.
you have 2 choices, set up cygwin, or the handy pspdev
i can explain in more detail if you wish although a quick google search should get you all of the intrecate details + downloads

http://www.psp-programming.com
has a great tutorial on how to set up Cygwin and use the PSP-SDK through it. Thats what I use and it works fine.
