    Default I need a 3.03 Flash0 dump NOW.

    The reason I want 3.03 OE-C instead of 3.10 OE-A is because the GTA VCS Cheat Device doesn't work on 3.10 OE-A, and I'm traveling on a plane today.

    Since my sister is being an asshole, and is not giving me access to her PSP that has 3.03 OE-C on it, I need it from here.
