It is not so hard.Go and download the image of the Dc hacker in www.dchomwbrew.org
Ok burn it...This program can read the Bin files of the homebrew apps,emu...etc.
Then go and download the emulator.Drag the Bin file of the emulator and burn it in a multisession disc.
Power you Dreamcast with the Dc Hacker.....Replace Dc hacker with your Bin CD and
choose scan.
Finaly you will be able to open the Bin.
oh DO not forget to rename the bin in the name of the emulator.
Thats all..
