Audio plugin for Nintendo 64 emulators has been updated. Changes:
- improve the audio quality when "Fix Audio Timing" and "Sync to Audio" options off;
- improve the frame rate for N64 games of 32 KHz audio;
- release the source code of rsp_interface.
