RCO Decryption
I am having problems with decrypting my 3.03 Flash0 files... I cannot find any thing that wikll decrypt it... I have tried PSAR Dumper but it wouldnt work... Could someone tell me how to do this?

Well I want to use RCO Editor to customize RCO... But i can't decrypt them for they have to be decrypted.

You use psardumper to dump them decrypted...

Heres a copy of the resource folder from flash0 and it includes a decrypted original top menu plugin for you to customise.

You can't decrypt RCOs of version 2.60 or higher; you can only decrypt the PRXs of any version.
You don't need to know my mental status. You probably don't want to, either.
