Default WTF? Can't get my 3.03 OE-C DXAR compiled!

I started the 3.03 OE-C update maker about 1 1/2 hours ago and it still says "Extracting and packing 3.03 firmware..." and the Memory Stick light is blinking. Why won't it compile? I am sure I am using the correct 150.PBP and 303.PBP update files, and yet it refuses to stop compiling.
You don't need to know my mental status. You probably don't want to, either.

Your memory stick must be slow... Just let it go.

Either that, or use an easy installer like the one HERE: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1049

I turned it off, and the DATA.DXAR file had 0 bytes.
