3.1 OEA' & GTA VCS cheat device

No matter what i do or how i try i cant get this to work on my psp. I tried installing it on devhook on multiple firmwares and i have tried putting it in the se plugins folder but all i can manage to do is get the game to freeze at the cheats screen??? does this just not work on 3.1 OE ??? someone please say that that is not the solution

There a CWCheat been released for 3.10oe as attached run it from your GAME150 folder.

This may be a dumb question but have you enabled the plugins in the recovery menu

When I try to use this with 3.10 OE the game will just crash as soon as it loads. I have the same issue with Liberty City Stories Cheat Device. I posted on PSPHACKING101.com about this and I was told to downgrade to V3.03 OE-C as this will work ok with such plugin's and 3.10 doesnt support them yet.

You have to use Devhook 0.52 to emulate 3.03 then run the prx through that.
