1.Is it possible in a homebrew game?

or u can try irshell, it allows you to do this but i dont think it lets u in pops though

Ok but I don't know about installing it on a 3.10 oe but I have done it on a 1.5 because it still needs devhook to launch 2.0 + games.
So does anyone know how to install it
