Emulator Question
Sorry if sounds like a very silly question. If i upgrade by psp to 3.02 OE-B can i still play Emulators like the genesis on my psp ?

Cool. Couple more questions (new to homebrew)
1. Can NTSC Ps1 Games work on PAL PSP (via Popstation)
2. (this question its not really about emulators) Can any PSP be downgrade no matter what model it is ?

1. i think it should work. PAL ps1 games are not so playable on psp though. it depends on the game. and NTSC converter doesnt work which sucks
2. any psp can be downgraded except these firmwares: 3.10 and 3.11
anything below can be downgraded with the proper downgrader.
