GBA SNES and PSX emulators(popstaion exactly)

GBA
says i need gba bios, searched and says they are illegal to distribute.
i have a GBA system, how can i get the bios from that if possible.

SNES
i got the emulator s9xTYL-0.4.2me and it dosent show up on psp.

PSX
i just cant figure out how to use popstation(it makes psx games playable on psp rite?). i got all my games out, and started up popstation and was lost instantly =p

my FM is at 3.10 OE-A

PSX- you need popsloader plugin

1.you have to have a flash cart to extract a gba bios. if you cant do that its legal to download its bios if you own the machine... atleast i think, thats what i done. just use google.

2.Put the snes9x emu in the GAME folder

3.rip your psx games into an iso then use popstation (either with a gui or the command prompt) to convert that iso. you must have the hotshots golf PSXPSP game named as data.PBP however that considered as warez is illegal to distribute. (most people downloaded it off torrents anyway) mainly becuase you need a PS3 to get that game.

If you need any help read the README file that comes with these files. read it and you should be able to understand.

if that doesnt help try google; its what i use and has never failed.

I have the GBA emulator running now, thx to all those who helped.

but i still cannot get the snes emulator running.
i tried putitng it into the game folder but nothing shows up, and putting it into the game150 folder it says its corrupt.

another thing, gba dosent saved games dont show up, is it possible to make it save?
and i have to keep reentering the buttons, how do i make it permanent?

still cannot figure out popstation if sum1 can guide me or send me a link to one it would be appreciated.
