PSP Coding Help?

CAn anyone point me to a good guide/app to create psp homebrew. I'm thinking about making a Raiden homebrew for psp.

That's the board to look at. LOTS of great source. Essentially the deffinitive place for tutorials. (I'm assuming that you're talking about C coding. Can't vouch for their Lua section, although I'd assume it's top-notch as well)
