    Default recently FenixBOR

I have a problem with making a compilation with new mods (they using recent binary of BOR) I`ll try to change the old bor1-9.bin to new, but it doesnt seems to work (black screen when run any mod) Any ideas how to fix?

Maybe DCDayDreamer will release updated version of FEnixBor?

Hello!, that FenixBOR loader is old, it was made with Chui's first Fenix runtime binary (PAL only), I never made another one. Over at DC Evolution we were going to use the latest Fenix runtime loader for the BOR Collection 1 image but there were issues with certain mods, some mods load VERY slowly with using this method, once in game they're ok but some mods take around 3 minutes to load!.

Your best bet is to grab the BOR SBI's we made over at DCHelp, there's no loading issues but we haven't made an SBI for every mod yet. Don't forget though the SBI's use the original BOR engine with rumble support by L@cible, there's also a PAL and NTSC version for each mod.

Hopefully, once we get some more time we'll add to the SBI collection we've got over there.

EDIT: just replacing the BOR binaries won't work, each one is hex-edited to load a different PAK file.

The old binary of BOR (included in FenixBOR) has a 115,904 kb and the new mods loads VERY SLOW
The new binary of BOR has a 249,152 kb and it loads new mods fast BUT only if I make a single game on cd (1 mod on 1 cd, with no compilation - its not working on FEnixBOR (as you said hex-editing...))

So, can you hex-edit this files with new BOR binary, to make it work?
Because with SBI, I must always wait until you add new packages to NEW released mods (or tell how to do it, and i will make it alone).

FenixBOR uses the original port of BOR (no alterations), there's been many versions of the engine since then, the most stable is L@cible's rumble PAL/NTSC version.
I need to talk to Christuserloeser soon about the different binaries, once I know all the details I'll make up the SBI's for ALL the completed mods released.
I wouldn't waste time and CDR's with the Fenix runtime binary, it's a great app but there's too many issues with BOR mods at the minute, please be patient, as soon as I know which version of the binary goes with each mod - there'll be an SBI.

Hello M@jk - Yeah, me and DCDayDreamer worked on the BoR Collection Vol. 2 and we're also planning to release a nice SBI / DreamInducer version of it where you only need to add the mods that you'd like to play After that we'll go on and create SBIs for the other mods

The SBI files DCDayDreamer mentioned and created can be found here:

We'll release that nice SBI / DreamInducer version as soon as we managed to pull off the BoR Vol.2 release
