    Oh yes you blew it 3.11 cant do anything as yet it has been decrypted so it wont be too long but it wont be in the next few weeks (sorry).

    When downgrading my friend's psp, the same thing happened to me. What I did was I didn't have the 1.5 update named to "UPDATE.PBP" and in the appropriate folder.
