It turned on at least. On my blue phat using a MMD 1gb Lexar CF there's no back light for anything but the file browser menu.
It froze while trying to browse my Contacts folder...BUT IT DELETES FILES! I couldn't do this with DSO because it makes files disappear using my MMD. At least this seems to work on it.
It looks a LOT better than DSO so far...they've done great work and I'm hoping for the backlight thing to get fixed soon.

DSuite Organiser Updated
ssjowowo & Achilleas.k have updated their DSuite Organiser app for the DS:
UPDATED New version is up. Should work now for those of you that didn't work. Added the rest of the applications. Fixed the menu icons. Any feedback is welcome!!

Within 5 minutes of using it I found a workaround for the backlight problem. Just go to the file browser and the backlight will turn on, then leave the file browser to go back to the main screen and the backlight will stay on.
