problems with 3.03 oe-c recovery mode

I'm trying to insert custom icons on my psp but I can't access the toggle usb (flash1) and toggle usb (flash0) in my recovery mode. Apparently, those options are supposed to be under the advanced menu but on my psp, the don't exist.

All I have under the advanced menu is this stuff



and I'm not exactly sure what they're for. I've downloaded a new RECOVERY folder but I don't exactly know what I'm supposed to do with it because I wanted to reinstall the recovery mode but I don't know how to.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

If possible can you guys give me a solution that doesn't involve going back to 1.5 because I don't want to take unneccesary risks with my psp.

Go into advanced configuration

you must not be on 3.03 oe-c because in oe-c all other flashing ways were taken out. (when dax put the USB flash0 in, he took out the other flashers.)
the recovery folder is for when your psp bricks, the actual recovery menu is on the flash.
