Help burning Neo4all

can any body say me how can i burn the neo4all cause i ready downloaded but a can't find the burning instructions and what i need to do this works, please help me

you need to get the selfboot inducer file for it and get selfbootinducer and install it. then place the sbi file for neo4all in the sbi folder of self inducer. place the 1st read.bin file for neo4all in the inducer folder along with your neocd.bin (the neogeocd bios file unzipped) then just follow the directions in selfboot inducer.
