An other 3.03 downgrader problem

Well you see, I have the Downgrader all ready to go... but for some reason it is saying it cannot find the UPDATE.PBP.. when I in fact did take the 1.50 firmware Eboot and changed the name to that just as it said to do... but it still gives me that error message...PLEASE HELP
