help on creating multigame psx iso's

I'm just wondering how to create emulator compatible isos that contain more than 1 psx game plus a menu. I've seen it done before, but now I want to give it a try, as I could not only use just the games of my choice, but I could also save time converting just one iso into popstation format as opposed to converting several iso's. I'll be using games both off of real PSX discs AND from *ahem* downloaded psx isos.
