I think they aren't saying fake for Dark Alex. I guess it's because they think it's some joke for April Fools Day..But I don't think so.

If all it has is ps1 advancments why doesn't he just do a plugin like he did for 3.11?

it doesnt have just PS1 enhancements though, 3.30 has a lot of stuff for the location free player and some other visualisation stuff aswell.
Interesting to see what D_A comes up with, when he is ready to do so.
