Edit-- for somereason it just started working fine after it froze and shut itself off and then i reset it and now it is working fine

Frameskip 3 for me is way too much. I prefer 2 at the most. I start to notice the frames being skipped at 3 whereas at 2 it's sort of worth the little noticableness of the frameskip
