Sorry but homebrew cannot be played from firmware 3.10-3.30

Have PSP's started shipping with 3.30 now? Or did he update on his own?

i updated on own did not realise about it until was to late i could not get anything working on 3.03

You can on 3.03, just not on 3.30.
