3.30 OE will install from 1.50 or maybe older Dark ALex firmwares.

You may have a point there. If it uses all of the flash's memory, we may have to install extra components in the memory stick as extra functionality via Recovery Mode.
But really...I think some of the functions that SONY give takes out way too much flash space. For instance, the Web Browser, RSS, MP3 player and even the function of connecting to the PS3 (whatever the thing is called...Can't tell w/o Text in my Theme).
IMHO I rather watch my movies than playing MP3s on my humble 3.03 OE-C PSP =D
