    Yeah, I'm getting mad.
I think that Matheuieluh lied about Dark_AleX releasing it in 2-3 days.

Damn, in the PSP News Forum it said the newest post was in a thread called ' PSP firmware 3.30 OE Release...' I assumed the rest was just 'd'

The lan.sh irc (where Matheuiluh is usually on) changed the topic to "Don't ask about 3.30 OE".

No it wasn't... They changed the topic because they were fed up of people asking about it... Wouldn't you be?

Besides, that article when translated by google doesn't speak the truth. This is a better translation on www.psp-hacks.com:

If custom firmware 3.30 OE happens to be done within the next 48 to 72 hours, the release will not necessarily be made available to the masses.

I can already hear you swearing, asking me what could possibly be delaying the release of your favorite custom firmware… In fact, Dark_Alex and Mathieulh plan on implementing little bonuses in this new version and that can only take place after finishing the standard version, which, like we said, will take place in the next 48-72 hours.

At this moment, there’s two possibilities:

    - Either release 3.30 OE standard and propose a later patch to add these bonus functions

    - Or wait, and release a more complete version

So there you have it... The REAL news.

    Cloudy

Will you still be able to play PS1 games from POPstation with 3.30 OE?

Yes except on 3.30 the compatability for PSX games will be better, all new firmwares will be able to paly PSX games, unless Sony jsut goes crazy somewhere.
