IRSHELL v3.1 install for 3.03 OE-C?

I recently did a fresh install of DAX 3.03 OE-C. What parts of IRSHELL v3.1 do I install and where?

Place IRSHELL and DEVHOOK folders in the root of your memory stick, place irshell and %irshell in GAME150 and irshell271 in the GAME303

Then run it from your XMB

So I should put any 2.71 homebrew in the 3.03 folder?Is it backwards compatible?And also I'm a little unfamiliar with Devhook and why I need it. What exactly does it do?Is it really only useful under Irshell?and which Devhook should I install since Im running Irshell 3.1 in DAX 3.03 OE-C?

If your running custom firmware you dont really need devhook, there are a couple of games whos online play wont work in custom firm so you can run them through devhook to get online play working, If you do still want it devhook 0520100 is the latest and it emulates 3.11 too

Well I don't really play games online,but what games need to use Devhook to play online? But if I do actually install Devhook ,I thought that nothing higher than Devhook .46 was compatible with Irshell 3.1?
