    Question 3.10 to 3.10 OE-A?

    Is there any way to upgrade from 3.10 (us) to 3.10 OE-A?

    Nope the highest firmware you can have to go to OE edition is 3.03, You are just going to have të wait until new exploits are found.

    Alright, thank you. And I just wanna be clear for when those exploits are found: Do all ROMS work with a PSP and a proper emulator?

    No all roms dont work but depending on what emu you are using some are better plus there are compatabilty lists for most good emu's
