hombrew help ASAP

Ok, I have a question,
My friend has a 3.00 PSP, is there any way to downgrade or run custom firmware or put hombrew on it in any way?
Please Help.

upgrade to 3.03
Use 3.03 hen
load up upatched GTA
run 3.03 downgrader

simple words for me to say:

-update to 3.03

-if you or any of your friends have the liberty city stories UMD with the 2.00 update in it, ur friend is in luck. you need it to downgrade

alright i have a question it may be a bit noobish but i'am having trouble finding a genesis/megadrive emulator for the psp i have an eloader .995 or "kriek" and a firmware of 2.80 thanx!!!!

dgen dont work with 2.80 eloader you must downgrade to 1.50

Yeah downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to 3.10 OE-A, it will make 2.8 seem useless.

motormaniac you can go rent GTA. You only need it once because once you downgrade you don't need to use GTA to downgrade again or to use homebrew.
