Internet Connection speed tests

And comcast is supposed to be "best there is". Its not too bad though, but my ping in Call of Duty says differently.

For 'broadband with up to 8mb speeds', it's not too bad. It's better than dial-up.

What does latency mean? because its really low? is that bad?

Lower is better. It means you sent out a little bit of data and it returned in that many milliseconds. Anything under 200 I would consider acceptable. 13 ms is very good... or it means you are like right down the street from whatever you are pinging.
