Remember Fanjita bricked his PSP also during the development/testing of the 3.03 downgrader. The least we all could do is donate a few bucks to Dark_AleX's PayPal account.

It is reassuring to know that the brick was caused by a hardware/mod-chip failure and not the 3.30 OE custom firmware.

Sorry to hear of D_A 's misfortune. I haven't read all these posts here theres just way too many of them ,but I believe it to be a hardware issue. maybe Zion could donate back to the dcemu community ,One of his many broken psp's as a motherboard replacement if thats all it takes to get The King back on track.
It's just an idea ..
