Need to talk to Windows Vista users about psp tools

So i thought it would be a good idea to get Windows Vista
WRONG
I have been fighting for 5 days now it get all my psp tools working on this dumb a## Windows Vista.
So far i got my .rco & my compressors working on vista. But my .ttf to .pgf Converter. looks like it works but it dont. I hit batch.bat and it used to put o.pgf to 15.pgf in the (C Drive now on vista its not there...
And my 01-12.bmp Split/Merge will not even try to start

All my tools work dandy incl 1-12 split/merge. I dont know about the .ttf to .pgf though, I dont use that.

Try right clicking/properties the .exe file the bat uses and setting them to run as administrator.

That seems to be the solution (kludge?) for almost anything that is broken under vista.
