I already got a copy elsewhere, anyway the reason for posting is that this new version works well. I ran the tetris demo on it, and RIN v1.0 works as well. I had the GBC Road Rash demo running inside RIN. Now I'm looking for more demos to test with!
They fixed the menu system with icons and names, the menu colours are terrible though, hopefully the author will find something better than a bright green background.
