no i dont think there is any rule agenst game boots?
jsut to be safe you should take it out i gess. also instead of useing the background, use it as a 1-12.bmp cause then you would still have the wave in front of it. i love custom fonts on my xmb but i hate that they have to be everywhere else too. i cant stand the internet with those fonts
