Holy cow! This game is awesome. It's an RC pro-am clone complete with oilslicks and powerups. The controls are straightforward: start gets you through the menu. A to accelerate.

And with that, a game written in Fenix gets on my top 10 homebrew Dreamcast games list. Who'd have thunk? :P
